Refund policy
Ebooks
We have a 30-day refund policy. If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
You may keep your digital product after your refund is complete. We are aware that some individuals will take advantage of this policy, but we are confident you won't without good cause.
To submit a request for a refund of an ebook, please send an email message to chris@cbliersbachbooks.com and include the following:
1. Your purchase receipt
2. The reason for your refund request.
If you are requesting a refund due to difficulty using our product with your e-reader, please include in your refund request a copy of your email correspondence with the Book Funnel support team demonstrating the inability to resolve the issue. Refunds will not be processed without this information.
